From sketch to your hands
Design
Every piece begins as a sketch focused on how it looks and feels on a man — proportion, weight and comfort.
3D modelling
The sketch is turned into a precise 3D model so every edge, link and setting is perfected before metal is used.
Casting
The model is cast in gold of the chosen purity — 9KT, 14KT or 18KT.
Assembly & setting
Links are joined, clasps fitted and any stones set securely so the piece is ready for daily wear.
Finishing
Hand polishing, brushed or high-shine textures and comfort-fit edges give each piece its final character.
Quality check
Weight, purity, clasp strength and finish are checked before the piece is packed in its Trezoro box.
